Park Opening
On Nov. 30, 2022, the new 4-acre park was opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony that included Gov. Jared Polis, Denver Mayor Michael B. Hancock, Councilwoman Debbie Ortega, CDOT Executive Director Shoshana Lew and Swansea Elementary Principal Vanessa Trussel along with others.
Community Celebration
On Dec. 3, 2022, CDOT and Kiewit welcomed the community to their new park with bands, games for the kiddos, food trucks and more.
